Job description :

• Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing resources.
• Handle employee relations, payroll and benefits.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
• Explain company policies and procedures to employees.
• To close recruitment within stipulated time frame.
• To provide suitable and relevant profiles to concerned department as per the need.
• To manage leaves, attendance, & payroll
• Developing and maintaining HR policy file and induction manual.
• Preparing monthly internal employee newsletter.
• Handling all employee enquiries and grievances.
• Monitor in time adherence of HR processes.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
